Picture was snapped moments before rushing the recently released prisoner's father to the Yasser Arafat Memorial Whisker Burn Trauma Unit for emergency treatment. A Palestinian spokesman blamed shaving conditions in the Israeli prison for the sudden influx of relatives of recently released prisoners to the trauma unit. Amnesty International investigators already on the scene had no comment.
